As I am writing this in my room at the Holiday Inn Express, I'm thinking to myself..what is my opus?

I know where I've been
I never felt a great sense of purpose in life as I was growing up. I felt lost, like I was wandering throughout life with no direction. Over time I wandered straight off course. And the events and circumstances in my life eventually forced to make more conscious choices about where I want to go in life. Those choices I've made have led me here to Arizona.

I know where I'm going
When I look back over the past few years, the amount of personal growth and change I've been through is staggering. If someone where to tell me three years ago that I would be flying 2,000 miles from home to attend a movie premiere and help promote a website for the film, I would have laughed. But now I look at the progress I've made. I see how the momentum I have gained is taking on a life of its own, and I'm proud.

Now, I have a great sense of purpose. That purpose is to build an phenomenal online community of people who want to achieve their life's most grandiose accomplishment - their opus. A community where everyone inspires, informs, and helps each other achieve their dreams. A place where people can find higher meaning - A place where everyone's goal and dreams truly matter. This is my vision of The Opus Movie Community. And right now, this is my Opus.
