			<description>The mirror gives us a reflection of who we are on the outside.  The mirror of who we are on the inside is reflected back to us by the environment. I remember being upset with one of my co-workers because she would listen to my phone conversations and repeat to others what she heard me say. I then realized that I was listening to her telephone conversations too. Although I didn\'t repeat what I heard to anyone, I did make judgements about what I heard which cause me to act differently towards her.  She was mirroring back to me what I was unconciously doing myself.  Once I made the change within myself, this problem disappeared. - JoAnn</description>
